Maggie was born June 21, 1974 in New York City. She is half-Jewish from her fathers side. She started with acting career in higher age than is usual. Personal Life
Siff tied knots with her basketball player boyfriend (who is currently retired) Paul Ratliff in October 2012 in a private ceremony. A year later, she announced that the couple is expecting a child. They had a daughter who is seven years old now, and her name is Lucy.
